CFM 6 week challenge
It's for anyone wanting to get the most out of life! Whether that's to be able to be better at sports or just be able to keep up with your kids - this program will be tailored for you. We have all the tools and skills to help you get there, but you have to want to get there. If this sounds like your kind of challenge:
Nutrition is the foundation to a healthy, fit body. Navigating nutrition can also be complex and daunting to a lot of people.
The 6 week challenge incorporates 3 x nutrition coaching sessions which include:
Body composition before, during and after the challenge
1-on-1 nutrition coaching either face to face or online
Macro nutrient split
Day-to-day menu guidance
The course requires participants to attend a minimum of 3 classes per week
You will start with an on-ramp consisting of
2 x 1-on-1 sessions with our head coach to assess movement patterns and to set a base line for your workouts so we can test this at the end of the program and measure improvement.
Measurement and metrics
We measure both performance outcome and body composition outcome.
All your workouts throughout the 6 weeks will be tracked on a unique application that enables us to see performance progression and where weaknesses lie so we can work with you on fixing these.
So you can see the improvements you make, we track your body composition on an InBody which shows body fat, muscle and inflammation among many other markers.
Minimum 3 days per week
3 x personal 1-on-1 sessions with your coach
Pre, during and post body scan (individualized, detailed scan of your body composition)
Personalized nutrition plan based on your body composition and goals
Constantly varied, high-energy workouts
