Our 4 Day On-Ramp Program is a way to start your fitness journey with just you and a coach. We take you through the fundamentals of fitness and get your prepared for our group CrossFit classes.
In just 4 sessions we prepare you and provide you with what you need to be successful in our CrossFit program.
The CrossFit Minnetonka Challenge is meant to teach everyone the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Our proven 6 week program gives you a unique and manageable way to start your health and fitness transformation. Making incremental changes to your daily habits leads to sustainable results.
We know reaching your health and fitness goals can feel overwhelming so we take care of the prep and planning for you. All you need to do is show up, put in the work, and see results. We’re here to guide you towards healthy habit changes and to support you 100% of the way.
Experience CrossFitter? Thinking about joining? Or dropping in from out of town? Come on in and check us out. We require 2-3 months of CrossFit experience before jumping into our regular classes.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST CLASS
We are already pumped that you’re thinking of joining the CrossFit Minnetonka community. So you feel ready, here is what you can do to prepare!

Pre-registration is not required but, if you can let us know you are coming via email or by filling out the "Free Trial Class" information above.
Arrive 10 minutes early. This way you can check in with your coach before class and get settled in.
Come with an open mind and positive attitude! You may feel anxious walking in but walking out you'll feel strong and alive!
