Meet Molly Larew, a CrossFit Minnetonka community member for nearly a two years. Molly decided to give CrossFit a try after years of competitive triathlon and hasn't looked back.
From crushing WODs to competing in local competitions, Molly has continued to get stronger every week (while still sneaking in a little biking, running, and swimming outside the gym).
"Overall, I think CrossFit really improves your sense of self and confidence. The other week I moved my son into his house and I had no problem lifting things," she said. "And, it felt really good to be able to do that... I'm the old mom," she said jokingly.
