6 week program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm

On-boarding includes: Movement pattern assessment, baseline testing and nutrition and lifestyle seminar (parental involvement)

The program focuses on improving the 10 recognized general physical skills, that are all practiced regularly with CrossFit and transferrable into many sport disciplines.

CrossFit Level 2 certified trainer

Greg is from Chaska, MN. He attended Gustavus Adolphus where he completed his Bachelors Degree in Accounting. 

Growing up Greg was a three sport athlete playing football, baseball, and basketball. 

Greg was introduced to CrossFit back in 2009 . In 2015 Greg founded CrossFit Minnetonka and since then has become a CrossFit Level 2 certified trainer and has competed in many competitions around the U.S.  CrossFit Minnetonka recently sent 4 teams to the Granite Games in St. Cloud earlier this year - a National CrossFit competition with  teams finishing top 10.

Greg has a passion for coaching and believes that general physical preparedness will prepare anyone for living their best life.

GREG LANE

From Stillwater, MN Dr. Ross attended the University of MN where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007.

He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic and certification in acupuncture at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014. Ross has a passion for the study and practice of human movement

in all forms. He enjoys Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, Yoga, Biking, and Running.

DR. ROSS KOCH

Jenna earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from The Ohio State University where she completed her thesis research on iron levels in female runners. She conducted additional research with the Director of Sports Nutrition at Ohio State, assisting in multiple projects related to bone density, body fat and body composition in college and recreational athletes. While in graduate school, Jenna worked at The Ohio State Medical Center as a research assistant in muscle physiology, studying drug therapy treatment for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
