CrossFit prepares athletes by giving them a better general physical preparedness (GPP). CrossFit produces a “ready-state” from which more advanced or sport specific training becomes more efficient.

6 week program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm
On-boarding includes: Movement pattern assessment, baseline testing and nutrition and lifestyle seminar (parental involvement)
The program focuses on improving the 10 recognized general physical skills, that are all practiced regularly with CrossFit and transferrable into many sport disciplines.
You are as fit as your competency in each of these ten skills.
